Limassol Village Houses

Let us discover here several Limassol stone built village house locations and hope you will venture out and savour the aura of these special villages that are so essential to the make up and history of Cyprus.

Germasoyia - Germasoyia sits on the very edge of Limassol town and one of its great attractions, being so close to the town and beach, a traditional village which has grown rapidly due to its location, with many charming original houses for sale in the village, well worth viewing.

Ayios Tychonas - Off the highway going towards Larnaca, with sea views and excellently located for access to Limassol, Larnaca, Nicosia and the beach.

Parekklisia - The village is set in a bowl surrounded by low lying mountains making the climate so good because the mountains break any bad weather coming in to the low-lying village areas and is famous for their tomatoes growing all year round due to the climate. A really great location, trust us.

Pyrgos - Next to Parekklisia, more on a flat plain without sea views although it is close to the sea.

Asgata - Asgata is set in a valley about 10 kilometers in-land, just close enough to the town yet in the heart of the countryside.

Finakaria - Finakaria overlooks the dam of Germasoyia and a super pretty location. Set on a hillside and it's the only location in Cyprus which reminds me of my roots in the UK, the Lake District.

Spitali - Due north of Limassol set in the backwaters, easy access to the town.

Kalo Chorio - About thirty minutes drive from Limassol, and possible as far as you should consider being out of town with long drives in to town being tiresome. The village is set on a hill having many finely restored stone built houses well worth viewing.

Lania - A truly beautiful village visited by many as it holds many attractions; most important is the working art gallery of Michael Owen.

Trimiklini - With great views across the valley to the Troodos Mountains and all around. About 30 minutes drive from Limassol.

Omodos - Another magnificent village with a wonderful cobbled village square with many narrow roads lending through the village with so many beautifully restored village houses in all directions.

Malia - Great wine made in the village and just such an idyllic location where you can just simply let the world slip by.

Packna - Pachna is a very large village with a police station, school, supermarket, Doctor and so many beautiful village houses.

Ayios Ambrosios -  Ayios Ambrosios is just down the road from Packna with many enchanting village houses being a little closer to Limassool than Packna.

Anogyra - Large cobbled square and just so many restored village houses. Visit Anogyra if you have time, a very special village with so much character.
